We're a rider-owned, rider-driven crew out of Las Vegas. We build gear for the degenerates who live to skate and snowboard, and push it until the wheels fall off (or the reaper shows up). If something’s wrong with your order, your board, or your hoodie, we’ve got your back.

Common Issues & Fast Help

Order Status / Shipping Most orders ship within 1–3 business days after we make it, via USPS or UPS. Tracking is sent automatically. International orders take 7–21 days. Hit us up if it’s been longer than that.
Returns & Exchanges 30-day window on unworn/unused gear. Boards must be in original condition (no battle scars from real sessions). Return shipping is on you unless the item is defective. We’ll cover it for manufacturing issues.
Warranty
- Decks: 30 days against manufacturer defects.
- Apparel/Outerwear: 30 days against seam failures or zipper issues. Wear and tear from actually using the gear doesn’t count (you know what you signed up for).
Damaged Package Take photos of the box and item right away and send them over. We’ll make it right.

Sizing Help

Our gear runs true to size for most degenerates, but skate cuts are a little roomier. Check the size chart on each product page. Still not sure? Send us your usual brand/size and we’ll tell you what to order.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We’re not responsible once it leaves our shop, but we’ll help file claims with the carrier. Insurance is added on higher-value orders.

Privacy Policy

We’re a small crew in Las Vegas. We hate spam as much as you do, and we don’t sell or rent your personal info to anyone.

What we collect:

Name, shipping address, email, and phone when you place an order
Size/color preferences (so we can actually send you the right stuff)
Device info and browsing data (standard website analytics – nothing creepy)
Payment info (handled 100% by Square/PayPal – we never see your card details)

What we do with it:

Process and ship your orders
Send you shipping updates and occasional emails about new drops or restocks (you can unsubscribe anytime)
Improve the site and prevent fraud

How long we keep it: Only as long as we need it. After that, we delete or anonymize it.

Your rights:

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or delete it anytime.

Product Safety & Responsibility

Look, we build gear for people who actually send it. That means we expect you to ride hard. Here’s the real talk:

Skate / Snow

Always wear a helmet, pads, and proper gear. We’re not your mom.
Inspect your board before every session. Delamination, cracks, or loose trucks = stop riding it.
Our 30-day warranty covers manufacturer defects only. Crashing it into a curb at 40mph doesn’t count.
Ride within your skill level. Progression is cool. Stupidity is expensive.

Apparel & Protection

Our hoodies, jackets, and pants are tough but they are NOT armor.
Impact shorts, wrist guards, and helmets should be replaced after major crashes.
UV protective clothing helps, but it’s not a substitute for sunscreen in the Vegas sun.

General Warning Death On A Stick gear is designed for action sports. These activities can result in serious injury or death. By purchasing and using our products, you accept full responsibility for your own safety and assume all risks.

We are not liable for injuries, damages, or dumb decisions made while using our gear.
